Co-Head Coach for Men's and Women's Golf

Jamie Paurus begins his eight year at Valley City State and his first as the golf coach. Paurus also serves as an instructor in the Division of Business and Information Technology teaching management and finance courses. Prior to becoming the golf coach, Paurus has taught youth and adult lessons in the Valley City area for the last seven years. He is the 2010 Valley City Town and Club Champion and has shot a personal best of 68 three times.

A native of Frazee, MN; Paurus received his Bachelor's Degree in 2003 from North Dakota State University and went on to receive his Master's of Business Administration from NDSU in 2005.

Jamie, his wife Kelsey, and son Carver reside in Valley City.
