Rachelle Hunt
Rachelle Hunt, Head Athletic Trainer, is in her 6th year at Valley City State University. Along with her Head Athletic Training duties, she manages VCSU’s Athletic Training Education Program. Rachelle is a 2005 graduate of North Dakota State University where she earned her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training. Rachelle was previously employed at Steadman-Hawkin's Clinic in Denver Colorado and Douglas County High School in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Rachelle and her husband Rob reside in Valley City, ND with their children Dylan and Owen.
Alyssa Sorensen is a native of Valley City, ND. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Physical and Health Education in 2007 from Valley City State University, and then earned her Master's of Science in Athletic Training from North Dakota State University in 2009.
Alyssas main interest in research and clinical practice is injury rehabilitation. She has also done a lot of work with postural restoration and core strengthening techniques. This is her fourth year at VCSU.
